Its damage has been nerf twice and its ROF. It has been given vertical kick( could use some horizontal ) and its heat build up has been increase. The only logical fix that is needed is a delay after firing a charged shot.

Firing a charged shot is generally less effective than quickly tapping off half the clip in 0.3 seconds, what makes me rage most is when they don't charge shot me.
So you want the weapon to become the next Scp? Something that chokes on every shot? Hell no, never again. Come back when you find out something that doesn't happen to everyone.

Forget it, nerf everything about the scr I'll just delete all my fits and use my Minmatar assault to clean the floor, scout to mentally f### with you, and my commando to destroy any vehicle near an objective.
