They have 2 districts. If they can't handle corps constanly trying to take their second, they shouldn't bother with PC.

Most corps respect the Last District Rule for 2 reasons:
1: its a 2 way street. You take from a corp, you can expect to have yours taken.
2: it's good for PC

But lets consider this:
This guy's sig says he is co leader of Astroya Conglomerate, and alliance who's memners have violated the LDR more than any other corp in the last 2 months. Mathias even admited to a Smart Deploy CEO that he was taking them, selling to new pc corps, and taking them back.
Upon retaliation by smart deploy, his entire alliance throws itself at smart deploy corps (mosty naughty ninjas, as our 4 districts were hit by Astroya Conlomerate corps every day for 3 straight weeks), and and they still couldn't get the job done.
And the whole time, this guy (the alliance's co-leader) is whining that everyone is trying to take HIS last district.
Anyone see a double standard, here?
F*@k this guy and his district.
If I hadn't retired from corp/alliance/pc affairs, I would have my ninjas flipping his sh!t right now.
H84D has got to be the biggest pu$$y I have seen in the war room since I started playing this game.

No one was enforcing LDR, and PE was dealing with Rust415 mass attacks. We all got together are started fighting back against XTREME. Then Astroya Guard flipped Pendajitos Last, and corp six king and cartel latina started trying to mass attack us. Overnight, It went from standing up to one corp, to a war between 2 alliances. At the time, I was 2nd in command of Smart Deploy. I had the alliance leaving heavens84 devils alone because you guy were staying out of it- even though I personally hate any corp that Plays off the Hell's Angels 81 theme. I'm an biker, and an Outlaw support club member. I personally oversaw six king and cartel latino abandoning Astroya Conglomerate and joining smart deploy. We put too much pressure on the alliance, and they realised Mathias was pissing everyone off. Ultimate Spawn is a merge between those two corps. Maybe you should have opened your eyes when they did. Now that Im no longer in charge of things, you got no one there to keep the dogs off you. I'm glad to see those guys are finishing what I started. I have alot of respect for my friends in Smart Deploy, but all long as Blazze, killer bean, and those scrubs at Smartcrew are involved in their leadership, that alliance in on the road to self destruction.
