Please tier, in your own thoughts what race you consider to be OP. Give a reason as well !
My tiers :
1) Amarr: Scramblers, Now Everyone has one.
2) Minmitar: Next to Amarr, Flying Mass Drivers.
3) Gallente: Just in the middle, not too OP not too UP
4) Caldari: Shields are UP phenomenally, Everything eats shields. |

Large rail turrets. They're too good at any range and defeat the purpose of missile and blaster turrets.

1) Gallente - Best scout by a wide margin (can do basically all other scouts roles) - Best logi at level 5 (scan everything from across the map for whole team) - 2nd best assault if you don't use a Scrambler (better native rep) - Usable commando AV/ infantry - maybe the worst heavy tho
2) Minmatar - Best Assault (speed/versatile/ glitchy :) - 2nd best logi - really does everything well/ best repper - Best commando for Av/MassD/support - Good heavy (before update was prob the top heavy) - versatile fun scout (3rd best) knives bonus/hacking/ jumping
3)Amarr - Best heavy for high HP - Assault Debatabley better than Gal. When used with scrambler yes (better native hp but slower) - Usable commando - logi is somewhat versatile with sidearm but lacking at proto vs other logis - scout weakest due to range of passive scans and slowest movement
4) Caldari - overall weakness due to shields being well, weak - Good scout (I think it is the 2nd best scout) - Good heavy - somewhat of a specialist role - weakest assault due to shield tank, terrible bonus, mediocre stats, Rail rifle having terrible kick. Role requires experienced user/player - commando is more a specialist role (sniper?) - logi has best slot layout but mediocre bonus and equipment config |

1) Caldari - I got nothing. If you mean OP as in extremely lethal AND durable, then I can't say any of our racial fittings satisfy.
2) Minmatar - Assault and CR/ACR. Wiggle, Strafe, Spray, reap rewards. It's terrible for balance.
3) Amarr - Plated up with a logi (meh) or just reactives, but dat triple damage modded Scr/AScr.

Everything that kills me is OP, but no seriously the Minmatar Assault strafe is OP in a head on, the Scrambler Rifle is OP, and if you can use it well the Combat Rifle is OP.

minmatar with their crack addict wiggle strafing, in addition to pray and spray weapons, noobtubes and, of course, core locus grenades...
the other races are ok..
gallente's got good suits but their weapons are not much talked about. amarr's only got 3 weapons in the game and an useless scout. caldari is underwhelming overall, in my opinion.

With the way netcode breaks hit detection I have to say Minmatar. However, were hitdetection clean and crisp I would say Amarr. And even then, depending on network conditions Amarr.

Right now, minmatar assault is breaking the hit detection because of thier scout like speed. With fixed hit detection it would look much better.
As for now nothing is really that much op compared to other itmes and their roles.

Amarr assault + scrambler rifles are horrendously OP Amarr assault + assault scrambler rifle are pretty OP x2 rep/x2 hardener madrugers are pretty OP Scrambler rifles on any other suit are slightly OP Minmatar suits are slightly OP and need to have their stamina regen lowered slightly to reduce their mobility to within sane bounds
Scrambler pistols suck Caldari assault, logi, commando all suck, their regen stats, health, and speed are all bad and the suits excel at nothing Shield rechargers and energizers need their CPU cost reduced (and their pg cost increased if needed for balance) STD/ADV kincats blow and should be rebalanced in terms of both bonus and cost to make them worth using Ion Pistol is a little underpowered and needs to be reworked to give it a niche that isnt completely overlapped by the SMG Breach Rail Rifle is a piece of trash and needs to be buffed a bit MagSec is a bit poopy Amarr Scout needs to be fixed to be faster than the min assault Shield support equipment needs to be introduced to the game in an attempt to make shields viable against dominant armor meta Sniper rifles should be reworked to not incentivise static campy, redline play (one suggestion would be to remove sway and maybe reduce range to 200-300 meters)
And finally I wish there were diminishing returns on HP modules so that HP stacking wasnt rewarded disproportionately compared to every other fitting. |

Cal Scout is ok, Cal Sentinel is ok, mostly because their regen stats are really, really good at base and actually live up to the promise of shield regen.
Minmatar suits are good, even though I'd argue they are speed based, not shield based. |

Those bastards get me almost everytime I forge them I think "good shooting" then see they are unmanned.
