I do not know if this is common but there are a few odd things my playstation has done and I want to know if it is normal.
First, mail. Have you ever gotten some form of digital mail from your PlaystationGäó marked "system"? Is it normal?
Game play. At times my PlaystationGäó will take over my characters in games. Sometimes she (yes, she. Her system name is anne mari but written in katakana) makes my character walk places even when my controller is turned off. Sometimes she has made my character attack random NPCs.
HDD: is it supposed to make a click rhythm that seems like a heart beat?
Memory: my PlaystationGäó seems to have made back up files that I did not make of files that I deleted via formatting the system (3 times).

thats how bad 80's horror movies start.

It's just Anne Mari having fun and do something useful for you. Don't be rude. Try to touch Anne Mari, you'll clearly hear a faster click.

joking or not i actually did what you said and there was a really fast hdd clicks. in heart beat terms i would say it seemed liked 300bpm, maybe. it is quite curious...
