Was hella fun and lots more 'kinetic'.......merc could sprint and use the tangential velocity to cover more ground before impact. Tailor made for our suicide scouts.
It's a small thing overall but a big fun-factor addition to the early seconds of the match and the player experience. If it doesn't need to much devtime it's worth bringing back.
We need all the small fun-factor improvements we can get.

36 views and no supporters?
I can't be the only one who hates getting hung up on the MCC jumpbay doors in the first few seconds of the match. Not a good way to introduce peeps to your game, CCP.

I try not to spawn in the MCC for this very reason

Was this in closed beta?
I never saw any clone bay doors, only static things that looked like doors in the MCC that gave you a temporary jumping glitch if you moved too close. |

Who gives a flying **** about the first 10 seconds of a 20 min match (Skirm)? So no, please don't add more useless crap to bog the game down. Please and Thank you.

How does making the game less glitchy and hitting the ground faster bog the game down? You want new players first 10 seconds of the game to be getting stuck exiting the MCC?
