Well I learnt to read and recognise numbers a long time ago so I am 100% on the 86m Yes I was obv at low health, I'm hardly going to stand still whilst a SMG shoots at me for a minute. Doesn't lessen the BS though.

It's a bullet, even if it's out of normal range..it should have some impact damage, diminished over distance. I get finished off by random bullets at odd ranges all the time when dancing with someone else near me.
