I'm almost positive you can't lag switch in this game. I know at times it seems as though you can, however look at what's going on with the game at this very moment. Can't even log in. Pretty sure it's CCP that refuses to put money into this game, and then wonders why they're having a problem with player base

The intent of a lag switch has NOTHING to do with other peoples connection.... What is DOES do is cause you "the lagswitcher" to become disconnected from server, making you unkillable...
Ive seen it happen 100's of times. The person doing it, will freeze in mid air 'dropship'. One guy did it for too long, got booted, yet his ship remained frozed in air. I was able to push his ship around like a play toy. When i got bored, slammed it into the ground in a blaze of glory.
Fun times!

Even then ddosing is going to slow the servers down for everyone and then ultimately shut them down. Only way to lag switch in dust is too hax them.
