Yeah, that 'setup' is called being able to DDOS ccp.
You cannot lag-switch in games that have dedicated servers. It is impossible in games that are not either player hosted or peer to peer. Learn some basic ****ing networking.
To summarize: In order to create 'lag' you need to be able to disrupt the flow of information to other players... the only way to do that with a game that has its own privately hosted server is to DDOS the company or the other players. I'm not entirely sure what it would take to be able to reverse-engineer other people's IP addresses or even if they could be made vulnerable to a DDOS attack. Disrupting the server itself requires a massive attack.
With player hosted servers, or peer to peer games it's relatively easy to disrupt the flow of information.

Two months later a terrible player performs thread necromancy in attempt to make excuses for how bad they are.
