RRs are pretty good. Y'all keep forgetting range. RR has it. A LOT of it. Sure I think a good Cal Ass bonus whould be lower ADS recoil -- but other than that you have a high damage weapon -- bonus focused on killing armor (the most prevalent eHP in the game) with some of the longest range.
RRs are still used for a reason... |

I've been experiencing a lot of lag since the matchmaking update and I can assure you lag affects the rr more than the others, by a lot. Now I can't say this is why it feels weak but I'm assuming a lot of shots are lagging and not gonna register or go off mark cuz of it.. Is any of this true? Idk maybe. |

Rail weapons are fine, the problem is that ScR makes the normal version pure garbage. It's also more a problem of Calass bonus than a problem of gun |

Well i think you need a low sensitivity for the RR and avg sensitivity for the ARR (Around 50).
We Amarr are a superior race, and the other races are bound to kneel to us.

No for rail buff... But "buff" it through the calass.
Spool time directly influences dps, which is unbalanced with others assault skills

We have all been asking for exactly what you described. I don't see why so much delay on this one. When this happens I will switch to a caldari assault because the rail rifle used to be awesome. Sure it was OP at the time but, even the next few iterations where usable. The extra kick that it has now makes it nearly useless. Well the ARR is good but, i want my good old RR back even if it is just for the caldari. I used to use the RR on my logi and it solved so many problems. It was a good all purpose rifle. Today, without a secondary it is nearly useless. It kicks so much that it is damn near impossible to kill anybody at a distance which it is where its supposed to shine. |
