Oh no, see if the cheap-to-fit-Cloak is the scout's gimmick and the two light weapons are the Commandos....seems only fair that if the Scouts (and any suit as MINA pointed out) are going to get two light weapons, I should get a cheap to fit cloak too ^_^. If that sounds like a terrible idea, it's because it is. The only reason the Black Eagle setup is acceptable is the same reason the insane power of Officer Gear is acceptable.....because it's a random drop that can neither be farmed, purchased, or produced in a consistent manner.
