I'm wondering if many of the new players that are still around don't see the point of getting proto stomped once again.You call them useless, I feel they have reached their limit and refuse to be the brunt of others playing God mode.The chickens have come home to roost and it is the falt of all of us for not paying attention.I have said in previous replies, if you don't help the newer players and just keep beating them into the dirt then you will be alone, the King of nothing.Wakeup and start helping others, and stop making excuses and rationalizing bad decisions. The future of the game is in your hands, think about your actions or deal with the consequences. |

It's not noobs getting picked on, it's vets not fighting.
If it is the vets that are the issue in your opinion then we can look at that variable. I am constantly being spawned into the matches you talk about (usually on the receiving end) , I do not check who is on the other side or who leaves during the match.Why would a vet leave a particular match, some don't like the map, the players on the other side (they smell a proto stomp), etc. Now if you are a vet to this game money should not be an issue (or being able to grind fast isk if need be), equipment should not be an issue, you have enough proto gear to make any new player jealous, so the 64 Aurum question is why, my theory is they are afraid to lower their precious KDR, plain and simple.These are the same mercs who rationalize their actions but melt away into the background when the odds are not in their favor.Most games that have large numbers are a great snapshot of human psychology. This game is no different, I myself love the bar fight brawl matches, I die way to much but so be it, and yes I'm a marginal player but I will stand next to you when the sh** hits the fan, and not parade around the MCC in my proto gear bragging about my KDR. |
