Boosters and BPO's that already exist.
But I have no spending money currently.
But along the lines of "What if?":
Mercenary Quarters customization. Stuff similar to the Jara kumora contract but more aesthetics oriented, but possibly giving some bonus.
Also, I'd pay for a contract rearrangement for the Warbarge maintenance crew to operate on the tram during different hours and not when mercenaries need to travel to the war room, dammit!

I'd like to be in the warbarge in the first place... but you are not, you are sitting in a station in an EVE system. And since you can't open the doors, it's basically a holding cell!
On topic, I'd pay money for getting the time back I wasted on this game...
