Looks nice, a few problems though.
- Remove ISK prices, and increase LP prices.
LOOKMOM NOHANDS has addressed this already.
- More game modes.
I am in favor of switching Skirm for ACQ, but not adding Dom.
Skirmish promotes close range fighting (something the Caldari don't do well in. Amarr do for some odd reason) Domination further encourages this. More Minmatar, Amarr and especially Gallente suits, even less Caldari.
- Remove player orbitals
Further supporting the factions that are winning, while digging a hole deeper for the ones who aren't.
Winning Faction = More pilots = More OBs
Losing Faction = Less pilots = Less OBs
-Smaller Matches
For the sake of Newberries, this could cripple either side. Imagine 8 Militias vs 8 Officer/Proto.
This can be fixed by locking Newberries out of FW.
-Skill Books
This is more of a question; What does this do? Give an example if you will.
-Phase 4
I shouldn't have to explain.
- Costs to align corporation.
While I am not against charging to switch, I am against charging to enter.

Remove the random dom and 8v8 and put skirmish only 200k isk payout w/platoons (commonly known as team deploy)
EDIT:Making faction hopping harasser for players who do that it ruins the fun for us RP & Loyalist players

In EVE Online it costs isk, LP and some items require specific tags along with your purchase. Not only that but Faction Warfare is getting isk added to the rewards soon as well.

It costs plenty to fight in FW. Most FW matches are even more boring than pubs. Eve has things to do other than pew pew, Dust currently has in my opinion far too many carebears. FW could be a place to have meaningful matches that are hard fought, but ISK hoarders don't need more excuses to shy away from contact.

I really agree on the bit with rethinking values.
It seems that only the more expensive items are worth throwing LP into. The more expensive the better. You save tons of ISK on proto stuff, but standard dropsuits are barely a change in cost.
Some details can be ignored
