Well in rattati's board on trello, it seems he is planning to have a heavy laser. I'm not sure if it will actually happen but one can hope
There are a few weapons I have yet to master; mass driver, nova knives,ion pistol,flay lock pistol and the magsec

Why would it get nerfed? It's not even as reliable as other guns without amarr assault. In the hands of an average user of course

Naturally, very damaging to shields, which is good as shield AV is really lacking.

As for a proper AV laser i imagine it'd be something similar to a cross between Forge and Scrambler rifle, a charged shot that wrecks shields
It melts Caldari so quickly according to my experience
