Hold weapons "left-handedly" when using the Southpaw control scheme, as it is disconcerting to shot "right-handedly" while aiming with your left hand.

And why doesn't the control settings apply to the merc quarters? Sloppy and unpolished guys... fix that sh!t :P

I don't see this being too difficult to implement if they only represent it on the client of people who use southpaw. That way they only have to flip the models and animations for first-person. It just means that other people won't be able to tell that you are playing left-handed, but it will still be represented on your screen.

But we all shoot out of our foreheads anyway... Do we? Even hip fire? Huh well if I'm wrong then yeah looks pretty easy to implement, just an x swap on the animations on player end...
