my total isk 24 mill with 24 mill isk if i run a adv or pro suit i will be bankrupt so can u suggest me how to isk farm and how to STAY ALIVE...! and ya ..should i start a new account

If you're not actually having fun, that's a different matter. Everyone gets something different from a game, and that's all this is remember, for me kd/r is not the be all and end all, and it's always fun watching a full proto fit merc getting ganked by a well organised squad in lower spec kit :)

Focus on 1 suit and 1 weapon and max them and get your core skills all lvl5. Btw: Everyone dies, it's a FPS game. Did you expect to kill everyone so easily? You only have 13mil SP which isn't that much. And with the way you spent your SP, you don't have anything maxed so nothing is really good to use. Having multiple weapons won't change anything. You can only use one at a time. Fix the game before trying to add anything else. (Hint: hit detection, lags, glitches,.. you've got some work :) )

And for those, they're most efficient with the Amarr assault suits. Personally I am no gungame god but I still manage to enjoy the game when I get stomped, it's all about the little things, like knowing the one kill you got on the enemy was worth more than your 10 deaths. That feeling when my shotgun hovers behind the head of a prototype assault suit, before I squeeze the trigger, absolutely glorious. Alternatively if it's unbearable for you to have a negative KDR per game, squads are the way to go. > Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

Do you have max EWAR skills? That will make a difference, particularly on the scout. Try to play with squads. If you get stomped, don't worry. Not every game will be a stomp, and pretty much everyone gets stomped at some point.

Do you run in a squad? Perosnaly I don't longer then 5 seconds in a scout I would go for the amar assault. Its stamina is better and it can take and give a beating. You've got a huge waste of sp in the large collection of rifles and particularly in the proficiency 4 sniper (only a caldari commando should have that weapon skilled up so far). Buying a respec would probably only recover about ~2million sp for you to play with, which really isn't your problem. Your problem actually sounds like it stems from incomplete core skills (particularly profile dampening, scanning range, and scanning precision) as well as incomplete HP skills... which is going to set you back around 7-8million sp to max. Fixing your wasted / poorly allocated skillpoints will help you some, but it will not fix issues of player skill or latency problems (and dust doesn't handle latency issues well). I started playing Dust when Murder Taxi was the biggest killer and Swarms went threw walls and mountains to get to their target. My first thing I ever proto'd was swarms. Then I fell in love with the Forge Gun. Honestly OP, have fun and max your cores skills.Especially anything that has passive bonuses. ( Armor & Shield)

So if you run pro suits, with core skills not maxed, you just waste your ISK. You'd be better of running militia/basic suits, until your cores are maxed (mainly your main tank and the e-war skills). Proto is only good with the corresponding core skills. Running a scout without the e-war skills maxed is simply not a good idea. Focusing on one weapon you like, and get the support skills maxed (proficiency, reload, ammo, sharpshooter), helps more than having the choice betwheen several weapons that suck because you miss the more important support skills. It's simple, do not concentrate on the shiny stuff, but on the stuff, that helps even with a basic suit.
