Extra: M/KB does not give you a particular advantage now, considering the various tweaks CCP made in the past. It used to give just a little edge over other players in closed / open beta. Its exceptionally difficult to get these working on consoles and indeed they would need to allmost make hardware changes. These haven't been a thing on consoles since the early lifecycle of the xbox 360. You could loose Millions of ISK in PC with a majority of all deaths in that gamemode largely dictated by the Aim assist mechanic. I can sorta understand public matches having Aim assist, But Having Aim assist in Planetary Conquest? Even the most competitive end game, players in this game needs Aim assist to compete? How are Districts and land being taken without the players Directly competing with each other? This is a CCP game? The Developers known for EVE online and it's epic PVP and competition? It just makes you shake your head that CCP Shanghai aren't even trying to promote true player competition in their end game, game mode. They haven't even attempted to entice players to turn off Aim assist and practice their skills. Which nearly EVERY title with Aim assist does at end game competitive level. Including CoD. Instead in DUST, if you toggle it off in a PC match? your putting yourself at a direct disadvantage to a player who has it on... Which is just mind boggling how it has been left.
