I run three complex dampeners for my PC and public contracts. Your profile should be under 21, which will be enough to get you under proto scans (even Gal Logi) except the[ b]focused[/b]

Public matches:

There is really only one player who consistently runs the focused in public matches (His name will not be mentioned). Therefore, you literally immune to active scans.

PC:

A good PC team should at least have a player running a focused. However, the focus has a short time frame and a long cool down. Thus, you can work with it unlike other lasting scans.

I really do suggest any serious assault player to dampen up. It allows you to better pick your battles and flanking becomes a realistic option.

On that note, I think sacrificing three low slots to counter one piece of equipment is absurd. Two was the standard before the Gal Logi bonus came into play.

Level 3 Active Scanner gets you all 3 variants of scanner so if your a logi its great and if you have an assault with some extra space they are good to.

You could also fit Precision Enhancers if you have armour suits.
