Just so one Advanced Flux does not wipe out a fully shielded Caldari Assault or Heavy? .... idk just trying to help out the shield guys.

Why not ? Minmitar Sentinels get a resistance to Blasters? E.g. Combat rifles and Assault Rifles eat armor.

Well think of it this way, if Caldari get some sort of resistance to fluxes, it wouldn't be all that bad since that is the only race that utilizes shields over armor. One flux can just ruin a proto Caldari suits day.
I just created this thread cause this was one of the things that mainly bugged me, shields aren't even that great and they're getting fluxed

I don't know... have you ever heard of someone using proto flux grenades???? If so why? When the Basic and Advanced get the job done at a cheaper price

It's just one flux can basically kill an Assault frame, Somewhat a Heavy Frame, and Definitely the Logi and Scout Frames
