It apparently doesn't fire enough bullets to trigger the "smaller reticule" mechanic, even with a Freedom firing until overheat, you will literally never get a smaller reticule.
Can we either increase the base accuracy of the freedom by a small amount, or fix the mechanic? I'd like to have reasonable accuracy with it at the end of its optimum range, otherwise the "extra range" is a bit pointless, as with 600RPM you're not going to hit a target more then a few times during a long sustained fire.
I'm not asking it to be a laser that mows down infantry, I'd just like it to have a reasonable degree of accuracy to allow proper LAV/fatsuit engagement for its longer range.

Same issue here and i dont think that this is intended.
Bright is the opposite of dark! Who would have thought of that?!

it was supposed to be a mid range support weapon with the ability to threaten vehicles, but now its just an anti heavy shotgun

dispersion is off a bit, its due to the ROF closing in on the inverse dispersion slower. will be improved once I see more data

honestly i feel like way too much was done at once on this hotfix.
HMGs are nerfed, scouts are flying sky high, everyone is runnning new damge mods, and alot of people that do not go on the forums are a bit lost on tanks.
I think this hotfix is a few minor changes away from being GREAT. What those changes are I really can not say because I logged out after watching the people super staking myos flying like they had jet packs. |
