Pretty much. I hope there is more to it than is listed, otherwise it will be of little use to me personally. I will say though, the module itself makes a lot of sense given the nature of the event. I hope we can see additional events in the future of a different nature, with appropriate BPOs to match. Module that decreases spawn time would be quite different, though I doubt many would use it much.
