I almost NEVER see a single one of you go a match with 2 deaths or less, which means you're obviously getting ISK elsewhere or had it from the open beta like I did. I ran lots of proto but the funds don't last forever unless in you're in a big corp and you're favored to get into plenty PCs. Or they have it left over from when the big corps got to hord ISK during the broken days. On that note: I've seen many leave this game from getting left out of PC too many times. They get bored from not having any action and going broke from getting proto stomped in pubs. And some of them are good players, just not in one of those 'clicks'. So as they say: the rich get richer...

I would not use a proto sentinel suit and expect to make money with it, i haven't used a sentinel suit as long as i have used the min scout. I'm really saying if you want to be a KD *****, then you can be!! Not everyone can get around 20 kills a game and have not 1 death (not 'blowing my own horn' or anything) When i used proto gear for the first time, i felt godlike. After a while i would play very differently using it because it was expensive, a 'scared' playstyle. I suppose if you can play in it like you would an ADV suit and manage to not get yourself killed, you are set for life Confused here with you're 1.97 k/D R and you're 1.30 win loss ratio what horn are you exactly blowing. I will happily start a match with one of my 14 All-BPO-I-Spent-Too-Much-Money-On-Dust fits, but if s* hits the fan of course I'll pull out my I'm-Rich-As-F*-You-Poor-B**** suits. You'll get 300k+ from battle. That's only 100k loss per battle. Add to that isk from : daily missions, warbarge and PC. Lets take me for an example : I have 140m isk. I'm using proto for a long time now. My wallet is stabilised all the time. From rectock to rectock my wallet is always at 140mill isk. Running solo most of the time.
