You can have three scouts that are scouts and not these posers who whine in the forums , the one's that know how to be a ninja in a Amarr scout even .... and they will always guarantee victory , scouts win matches , scouts are bridges to pubstomping , scouts can control the field better then anything in this game , even vehicles .
Good scouts ensure victory and are key in PC's .
Has zero to do with scanners .

Why do you whine .?. is it because you have a DEFINED counter , while you can switch between the HP's of a light assault and commando , still have the best movement , scan , damp , OKH weapons , CQC weapons with bonus and still can fit scanners , RE's , all bio mods with e-war and a cloak for extra dampening ?
The only players who whine about scanners are these poser scouts , who can't scout like the big boys and girls well it's time to put on your big boy / girl pants and stop complaining .
