Don't know which is worse. Having to take this training every other year or being able to match real world events to each of the hypothetical situations.

What's it like? The training I mean. Is it as dumb as it sounds, or is there a silver lining involved... like cookies, or cake or pizza at the end...?

Oh there is a silver lining. Completing the training really streamlines the firing process when someone steps out of compliance.
Beyond that, there are small animations where it looks like the characters of Team Fortess offend each other. Guess thats enjoyable.

I thought they covered it when i was in school too. American history & civics spent a lot of time talking about equality & civil rights. Evidently they didn't spend enough time.
