Oki you know what, i give you small ritual against moroi, witch and even wood folks. Demons are out from this game, because for that you need evokation and if you dont try it/did it you basicaly cannot have demon at house.
Against moroi (ghost living from life energy of living ones) put something silver under/in the pillow. Against witches, put the sirver coin under fireplace/chimney.If you do not have chimney, take a fork and in the midnight of the new moon bury it with spikes up on the middle of lonely crossroad (it will swne curse back to the witch/warlock/shaman). Against wood folks have near bed something from reall smithed iron (horseshoe is ideal or poker for fireplace), smithed iron burns wood folks just by touch and they cant stand aura of smithed iron nearby.
Oki now you have easy rites for most of thingys. If you will have question hit me ;p

The terror wasn't because of them, but it was more of a natural state of terror. It wasn't like oh my god shadow people are here and I'm scared. It was just a feeling of terror. Then I would turn on the light and probably boot up dust after because my sleep was gone for the night.
It happens when your not asleep or awake. Your kind of between the veils and I think that allows you to see into a different plane of existence think it's just echoes of spirits, or bored ghosts. I just roll with it and don't pay much attention. I noticed after that it stopped. I think if you think about it, you are inviting them. So don't focus on it because it will cause a collateral effect of them returning. Just think about your drop suit fits before you go to bed. ;]
You need to pray to Amarr, and repent for the evil you Scumlente commit on a daily basis. (Example: Dear Amarr, I am sorry for putting the silly notion of freedom in the heads of Matari Slaves.
Was you asleep or wake up? Like boykos honestly sleep paralysis is nothing unusual these times. Wide awake, I couldn't move . Except my eyes which had limited movement. I could see my room, my desk, and the shadow figures.
Sleep paralysis.

Did that someone else die/get killed in that house?
If you've answered with "yes" on those questions - A word of advice; don't try to stop it, you will only make it more angry. - Move. Out. Fast. We used to live in house but now in a apartment that we own and live. I'm not sure about someone dieing or any sort of things. When it comes to being aware of odd things or a presence in a room, kitchen, ect.. I am very skilled into when something is watching me. The problem is when I let my fears take hold and that is something that I'm working on so next time I won't be afraid and be aggressive. Although I did hear people saying that they've been chocked from there neck and I'm like O_O I hope that Doesn't happen to me.
Put on the sill/treshold line of salt. But im quite sure it is just brain playing games. Its easy if you are alone brain trying to compensate it by making things sometimes.

Although yesterday me and the family went to ihop = Best pancakes EVER!! and right as we are finding parking I saw this beautiful, magnificent, blonde girl and omg was she very athletic. She must of been a runner although if she was then :D Bingo jackpot.
Runner couple = @_@ Yes !!
Then I never saw her again = :(
Maybe she stalked me and perhaps that could be the reason why I was "scared" at "night" if you know what I mean lol.

In my old apartment, I would get the feeling that something was watching me. Would happen almost every night, would wake up in the middle of the night because of it. I just hide under my blankets.(blankets will protect you from ghosts, spirts, aliens and serial killers its a proven fact *nods*) Since I moved I haven't had that feeling. Still not sure why I was getting that feeling. Never saw anything in the room, but I never dared to look from under the blankets. |

Some things I haven't seen mentioned here yet:
-Cheese/Diary can give you some very strange dreams, consider other food items and do some tests too -Mold/Black Mold can be poisonous and dangerous, and has been known to create similar issues (Home Depot has test kits) -Kava tea has mild euphoric and sedative effects, it could help you get to a more comfortable sleep -Check you posture while sleeping, you could be blocking circulation (further reading: Internal Exercises by Stephen T. Chang) -Try watching/doing something else before going to bed between sleep and Dust -Check for strange smells that could have an emotional attachment, or smell like chemicals, try getting live plants and flowers
Always have hope, and in the words of Slouchkitty: "Even if your symptoms aren't right for what people think you have, they are exactly right for what you actually have."

Is this game getting so devoid of players we can't even seperate general discussion from, locker room and Legion stuff anymore?

If you're experiencing sleep paralysis, your imagination can go pretty wild at first. You'll feel like you're being held down, or restrained. You're brain will try to fill in those gaps between what's happening and what you feel like is happening, sometimes to the point of thinking shadowy figures are around.
I just slightly panicked when it would happen (waking up completely paralyzed isn't something I got used to), calmed down and started assessing the situation. I would look around as much as my eye would let me. I would reassure myself I was safe, and wait it out. I would try to hum. It never lasted longer than a minute or two.
The first several times it happened though I would try to scream and fight it as hard as I could, until I broke out of it, usually waking up everyone in the house in the process with a weird sounding half scream as I regained my faculties.
I've had experiences with waking up screaming too. The last time that had happened was after a cave diving trip. I had been caving all day and and the previous day, I was wore the **** out. I had never been spelunking before this trip. I can climb, so I figured it wasn't much different, and to be honest it's not, but when you have a few billion tons of rock above you, total darkness without your headlamp, and everything is slightly to mostly wet, it presents itself with more than a few challenges.
After a hard day of shimmying and climbing I went and had a massage with the girl I was there with. After that I went back to the hotel. I passed out on the bed. The next thing I know is I'm waking up to myself, screaming like a goddamn maniac. The girl I was with was slightly freaked out as she was just in the room unpacking her bags. I have no idea why it happened. Honestly, I had had a great day and when I laid down at the inn I hadn't felt so relaxed in years.

4 times in my life.
First most strong. Almost like fighting with binding demon who enter /posses you . High noise and cloud of darkness that float to me. After years I know that period when it happen I was with lack of sleep (in long term) and stressed out. My brain backfired to me :)
Seccond time - when I break 'paralise' I was proud that I break 'spell' - just in rational form I try make my heart pump more blood into vains. Shadow figure don't have chance to go inside me :)
Third time - almost miss expireince - new home and a lot of stress things Last time little disapointed when short expirience happen.
Try visit doctor, sometimes tumors can block circulation in brain. Nothing much to worry, but you can check it. Also try to be more relaxed... Dust 514 is not peacefuly game and give you more stress then should be.

Sleep paralysis is fairly common. Brain tumors are not. Unless you have a family history of brain tumors, I wouldn't give this a second thought.
As far as any of the spiritual, or supernatural stuff goes, once you get used to it and understand it more, your brain won't try to imagine reasons for it happening.
