I am seeking advice and ideas.
Here's a few things I want to incorporate.
A roster that changes daily. Payouts favoring active skilled players. Poor performance or attitude will be grounds for removal. Low man gets cut every night.
I want 16. I think I will have to have 23 but open to suggestions. I want it to mean something to be on the books. I would need some nerds to monitor stats.
Possibly a vote system for PC and allies. This would include which contracts we take as well.
3 man squads for pubs. We will have a slot open every night. So pubs will serve as evaluations. If you can't stomp in a smaller squad or help with corp structure I wouldn't need you.
I have other thoughts but can wait. I could use some feed back.

A day is too much, I'd say 3 days or a PC.

wait what, you're expecting to keep a competitive corp wherein you actually remove a third of your members every week?
GL, you'll need it.
Guys, we need to stop calling MU a 'matchmaker' when it's actually a 'teambuilder'.
And I want to play FE:A now. Damn.

If someone got cut they'd just miss pay that day and have to re apply.
Think 16 in corp chat at all times. No matter what.
I might have a pub channel or feeder corp to feed the roster. Signing off wouldn't necessarily get you booted. Bad games and poor attendance would.

It will be rocky until people get used to fighting with professional mercs. I suspect they will be scooping up the top slots rather easily at first. Replace and improve every chance we get. People who lone wolf would be welcome as long as they can get serious for a PC.

I think he means that you won't succeed at being a competitive corp with your supposedly excessive harsh approach when it comes to handling your corp members like say letting them go if they were offline for about two weeks. Don't take my word for it,he might be saying something else completely different. And don't get angry dude, you asked for feedback and well he gave a rather.....obscure one but a feedback nontheless

People have lives, jobs, and some of us, sex occasionally, so expecting your people to be at your beck and call at all times is naive.
If your goal is to be a part of an elite hit squad, then you want to be a ringer, not a CEO.
If you want to be a CEO, prepare to recruit whoever you can, whenever you can in order to build a team. Some people don't mesh. Some people can't get along with anyone. Some people pee sitting down. They're precious little snowflakes, just like everyone else. Be prepared to hear out the whiners, to battle wits with trolls, and sooth your slayers that can't stop yelling at everyone. You'll have to be a diplomat and a tyrant. Mother Teresa with an Adolf mustache. Good CEOs keep players, bad ones don't have them, and some have fat enough wallets to pay for the company they keep.
Want you want and what you can get aren't the same.

It sounds like you are trying to build a ringer corp which has its own downfalls.
Unless you are giving out some MASSIVE paychecks ruling people through fear of elimination is not going to work very well. |

So: you want t create a competitive corp, in this game the only "competitive" (lol) thing is PC. So you want to create a competitive PC corp.
Now: PC players already have a corp or would rather join a corp they already know to be a good corp. I, myself, would not join a self proclaimed "competitive PC corp".
So you need to find players that are not already in PC or that are quite new to it.
Creating a completely new team with unexperienced players will bring you to loose a lot of PCs.
Losing a lot and enstablishing a dictatorship will bring you to lose a lot of players.
All that being said: you cant create what you want to create atm.
Also: what is your experience in PC?
One of the few assaults you'll find in a PC match!

The corp itself would be competitive. The only slot that is subject to daily change is low man. Everyone else has a chance to secure a position by being active and doing well.
PC would be a decision made by current members. If they want to attack and take something, more power to them.
while it is true I can't create this atm, it's not for any reasons you'd know about.
My PC experience is limited to ringing. I won't name drop but I've fought the best.

Example situation time
Lets pretend like I'm your best guy for like 3 months. Then one day i have to drive my parents to get their seasonal checkups at the doctor.
Would i get booted for missing a PC that day? If i do get booted why would i reup with you and not another corp?

Would you prefer us to fight a man down? What if you hired a place holder for that day?
It's not really getting booted. It's more like not earning your keep. If your good a day off shouldn't affect you. I don't see why you couldn't get the 16th slot the next day.
Turn over will be grotesque for a few weeks. I may just slow the process until more people get acquainted with the idea.

Very good points.
Case in point : Look at HVLP. They amassed alot of talent but no one had really played together to see if they mesh. Then a couple of ROFL Stomps by CapAcQ and HVLP imploded. Same thing happened the first time to them.
