Firstly, after watching this, I have decided he is my type of person and we could definitely hang out. Secondly, I'm one of the people who kind of hates Kubo, mostly because when we are on opposite teams he makes me take the game seriously, annoys me when he kills me, and makes me swell with pride when I kill him. I also hold a certain respect for him being a big enough loser to get three weapons named after him. Kudos to you, Kubo. For me it's less about accuracy and more about how many shots I can fire quickly. Accuracy comes with time but that reload bonus will have the biggest impact on how lethal you are. For pub matches you can get away without having a reload bonus and rely on a fast movement speed to get out of situations to reload but if you want to use it effectively in PC then a commando is a must.

So if he chose to chase you around and scare you, I'd dare say he was feeling a bit bored.
