Why is it that so many must speak of war so casually..... our nature precludes us from perishing and in of itself is a great sorrow that I fear weighs heavily on us all.... but conflict yields nothing, only takes. I long for a day when the threat of war is a shadow of a memory...... the path to God lies in peace.

When you come across something so often it loses its meaning. Death has long been a non tangible idea; I no longer truly see it and it rarely weighs on my conscience.
