Caldari Prime was a clear failure on the part of a slow to respond administration who wanted to achieve peace through speech, and who only realized too late that he needed a large stick not diplomats to save the Federation. Things will be different now with a competent head of state and a refrained legislative branch which was too slow to be productive. It matters not, how will the Caldari ever be able to deplete the Gallente Federation when they are already trying their hardest? I've always found the timing of the attempted Caldari invasion to be hilarious. Gallente are volunteer military anyways and any attempt to do something with the gallente military; is likely to quickly result in facturing and internal fighting and with serpentis at the back door; they cannot afford to divide attention. Also given Dear Leader Roden was elected with grand applause and his efforts to improve the military has been acclaimed highly I would say Foiritan's policies were a failure that we will have to backtrack and has limiting of the Military just to ask for it to expand at the end of his presidency was dispicable.
