I believe that the range increase a while back was meant to put a band-aid on the issue of 100% backpedal speed, and to compensate for the fact that they won't be adding charging while sprinting.

According to Rattati knifers are underperforming. So the data fits te perception. He already stated something suggesting backpedal is being reduced.
Wiggle wiggle needs to go too however.
Both are broken and its larger than just Minjas IMO.
