Pretty much agree 100%, but I'd also include some others.
Ion Pistols. Any buff to ScPs warrants it, as they are very similar weapons mechanically.
GÇóI'd like to see the regular ScP bumped to 80 damage with 450 RoF and a flat 12 round mag(change the operation skill to increase the headshot multiplier further, instead). GÇóAssault ScP should be made into an autopistol. Massive stat reworking... GÇóThe IoP should be bumped to 77 damage with 500 RoF while it keeps the 16 round mag. The heat/charge function could probably be reworked to be less draconian, but it might be better to not touch so much stuff.
Plamsa Cannons. They just don't do AV well enough. I made a thread about it awhile ago.

Give it 900 RoF with 25 damage and a 50 round mag. GÇóTactical ScP should be removed. This thing has absolutely no point in existing. GÇóBurst ScP could just use the same treatment the Burst AR got. Plamsa Cannons. They just don't do AV well enough. I made a thread about it awhile ago. Plasma cannond are a skill weapon that 1 shot my python. So no but everything else i agree. :/ No. They don't. Allotek Plasma Cannons barely do enough damage to drop an unfitted Python's Shields...
They need a buff as well. Their AV capabilities are pitiful. And you said it yourself, they are skill weapons, and as such they deserve to do truly significant damage.

There are a few weapons where the operations skill has practically no effect on the weapon at all.
Like the Scrambler Rifle. Reducing cooldown time means nothing when the sieze duration is a static time. No matter how fast the cooldown rate is, the rifle always siezes for 6 seconds... Completely useless bonus.

If you can think of other things that CLEARLY need a buff post them. Breach scrambler pistol too strong. Makes other scrambler pistols look crappy. If buffed, then the ion will need one too. Contact grenade price is too high. No one buys them. sometimes prices dictates use in combination with effectiveness. it is not the breach that makes them look crappy. They are. Assault and normal ScP deal almoost no dmg. I thought about adding the ion to the thread but it looks that a lot of players disagree and I m adding only things we can all agree on. Contact grenades: it's not only the price, I couldnt give less duck about the price but I'd never choose them over locus or flux. The problem here is that most people think a sidearm is overpowered if:

Most people just say "Oh, its a pistol, its supposed to be bad.". This is ******* bullshit, and I know that you know it as well.
There was a time when pistols used to be used nearly as much as SMGs. Before the Scrambler Pistol ubernerf in 1.8, they were nearly as common as SMGs, but Rattati decided that setting all sidearms at the same DPS would balance them. It didnt. He completely forgot about factoring in the Skill:Power ratio, and so the easiest to use ones are blatantly the best ones.
Ion Pistols are ****. Most Scrambler Pistols are ****. Magsecs are ****. Even Flaylocks are a little bit ****, but at least they're so different that they provide fun value like the Plasma Cannon. Nova knives are thier own thing. Way to different from ~everything else in the game~ for me to comment. But overall, pretty much every sidearm but SMGs needs a buff. SMGs alone make up almost Gàö of all sidearm sales. That's ******.
The only 3 sidearms worth using are Breach SMGs, SMGs, Bolt Pistols, and sometimes Breach ScPs if you have a CR or something.
Don't listen to the people that don't think the Ion Pistol needs a buff. They don't know what they are talking about.
