Everything is possible,I saw once someone who died from Flux Grenade.100% true stroy,i didn't had time to take a picture of that ....

80% positive that grenade headshots exist.
Based on long term observation on suitHP-vs-damage amount on both giving and receiving side.
Of course that leaves room for error and there could be some bug that could cause more damage than expected.

I'm pretty sure headshot damage bonus applies to grenades. Especially since air burst explosions seem much more effective than a ground explosion.
However, I have never got a +10 headshot bonus from a nade, which makes me sad.
The only real truth in history is that it was bloody.

Well, I know that there is a head multiplier with knives, but you won't get a +60 from it. It might be the same with nades...
