Which is completely fine, I'd consider that a secondary weakness. Improving on what the weapon already excels at (not over exaggerated number though) is also a good step. It also note worthy that the RR has more than a few downsides.
Spool time, kick, and low DPS being the big one. Although this is one of the cases where improving upon where a weapon excels would be a bad thing, as the RR is not in need of any more range in most cases.
As long as 4/5 (80%) of infantry AV weapons are Anti Armor based you're never going to achieve vehicle balance CCP

My point still stands.
Even with the 67m Optimal that the CR offers, you won't be engaging a Sentinel at a further distance because any Sentinel who's not a scrub knows that they're disadvantaged at long range, and as such will remain in confined areas or use an LAV to transport themselves to another confined space.
The point is till moot.

because waiting almost half a second between short bursts is totally conductive to killing people that are running for cover?
also, whats with the ADV ARR? How is it overperforming but the others arent? cant look at the stats ATM. |

Rattati wants the RR to be more of a situational weapon and the ARR to be the go to weapon.
Things look better when you see things like that.

More specifically, I fit it on: CalLogi, AmLogi, CalScout. I'll fit it on CalAss when I've got it, too.
It's great. Doesn't run out of bullets ever. I'm a big fan of Allotek Burst, too; all the awesome of AR with the monstrous burst potential of CR! but Duvolle is still love.
Guys, we need to stop calling MU a 'matchmaker' when it's actually a 'teambuilder'.
And I want to play FE:A now. Damn.
