It's a decent weapon but when you have the CR and ARR, what's your excuse for not using them?
I'm not even talking about ranged combat, I'm talking about CQC. When that guy with the shotgun, Nova Knives, Flaylock, HMG, SMG, Scrambler Rifle or bolt pistol shoes up the AR won't save you. The CR will save you though and so will the ARR.

The Breach AR is pretty good, the regular AR though... Not justifiable.

I have, but the charge shot of the Scrambler Rifle allows it to quickly down scouts and allows it an edge when fighting against heavies. Targets that the TAR struggles to down quickly. Also the Scrambler Rifle has better dispersion and less severe recoil.

Rattati wants the RR to be more of a situational weapon and the ARR to be the go to weapon.
