I specced out of the shotgun but I am thinking of going to level 1 to see if the breach has a better chance of not missing at 6 m or at least I can almost kill most suits with a shot and finish them with a submachine gun. It gets really frustrating sometimes
I had a match
Breach scrambler pistol nothing happens
Scrambler rifle and I couldnt track movements
Burst scrambler pistol woowzaa range is awful didnt hit anything at 6 m
bolt pistol and no damage
It was even worse since my team was getting stomped and wasting times missing shots was a horrible idea
I could just go back to the good nova knives but I want to try something different
The closest thing that works now is the flaylock but I am also tired of using it haha

Come one guys. I need a clear answer. Until I get a mouse controller I cant use the bolt like I would like, so I want a short term solution

There is no short term solution to winning in Dust. Put the dang work in and stop trying to cop out. The breach sg is horrible and needs improvement.

Use a GalCom with a pair of Breaches so you don't have to reload!

I was in a few matches with you last night, Timtron...I saw you getting killed a lot. I was like man he must be having some serious problems tonight!
I was with you in the A domination with the table top in the middle and you were really getting hammered in that match...I was too lol but I kept clearing out that little heavy's bunker with RE's

Yeah, but try taking a heavy down with it. FYI, you'll need to reload so good luck with that.

I was running only scanners trying to be team oriented while I was watching a TV show haha

You do remind me of my stubbornness for not having bought a KB/M for this game yet. Specifically for sniping, forge gunning, and PC battles.
I honestly think it wouldn't help me much with any other weapon though.

Get an HMG, make a good min. logi your best friend, then pay an assault guy to cover your logi. Then of course you need that one good scout with sweet passive scans or even a scanner to make sure you can find your targets as well as make sure you don't get flanked c:

But no, I suggest playing with all the militia grade suits and weapons in combinations. If you can find something you can do okay with in militia gear, when you go proto it will be epic.
Breach SG, if your aim never misses, then you won't need more then the 2 shots. Even then you are vulnerable while havig to reload so frequently.
I suggest a SCR and Mass driver combo.... Not effective really but looooads of fun >:3

It's the PS Elite....and I think you'll like it. It takes the best of the DS3 (the left stick) and the best of the mouse (which takes the place of the right stick).
It does take some configuration tweaking to work well. Hit me up in game once you get it and we can discuss how to best set it up.
p.s. you can occasionally find a used one on eBay. |

I get an average 10 kills a match even when I dont try but sadly it only works when using the nova knives. I am in no way a noob, just want to know if the breach shotgun is a short term alternative before I get a new controller. I need one shotgun to kill enemies, the spread of the regular shotgun seems rather horrible. Its been a while since I used the breach so I wanted to hear from thos who still use it

Just get the CRG-3. The best one to me. Of course CreoDron is better but CRG is ok.
