Scouts have a variety of one hit kill weapons to choose from. Can we speed up the turning rate now?
It remember hearing that turn rate was slowed to make the game fair to scouts. That seems to be a moot point since they OHK people all of the time.
Additionally, there is a trend of slowing maneuvering to the point that there will no longer be any skill whatsoever in gunfights. This will lead to people hiding behind massive amounts of HP (as there is already a trend toward that as well). |

I want a faster turn rate. We originally had a faster turn rate. It was reduced because people said that it wasn't fair to scouts or something along those lines. It appears to me that the argument for a reduced turn rate is moot, so can we increase turn rate? |

If scouts are in a good place right now, why should CCP diminish that by returning faster turn rates back to the game? Just because you want something doesn't mean it is for the betterment of the game. If you think this is a real need, you need to better express your reasons for it, and give some valid reasons.
1. The game is quite boring with a turn rate that is 1/3 that of other FPS games. 2. Doing a 180 takes an unrealistically long time. 180 turns are important to get out of the open and return to cover. 3. A lot of cqc requires turning toward opponents, such as when you are attacking up hill and a scout comes flying out of nowhere and jumps over your head while doing a 180 turn. After lag + human response time, a low HP avatar will have already been killed by a shotgun after turning only about 30 degrees. 4. Given the short TTK, players need to be able to quickly react to surprising situations. Otherwise all surprising situations will result in death, which removes quick response thinking from the game entirely, and replaces it with eye rolling.
