myofibirl dont increase nova knife damage, they are only for the melee punch. nova knife is classified as sidearm, only sidearm damage mod will increase the damage. |

Jack is right, if your intention was to use them to increase your knife damage that will not work.
While this is true, I noticed someone else posted about using them as a back up to knives, so if your knives don't get the kill, you can follow with a quick melee.
I even threw some one one of my fits just for fun and have gotten a few melee kills recently.

If you are straight out of the Academy, then I would definitely suggest this does not apply to you as you have other concerns.
Your top ones should be putting your SP into core skills like Armor, Shields, Engineering, and Electronics among others, and squading with people or at the very least sticking with the crowds.
It is going to be tough, and if you happen to be in the position, I suggest hooking up with Dust University, a corp that helps new players.

The Academy is for brand new players, not a venue for someone to test out new things. That is what public matches are for.
The new player experience is bad enough without shiite like this.

Well as for being a Minja I am brand new to it. The whoe point of this series is to become a Minja from the start. Learning how to do it.
