I thought it was amazing when it had a clip size of 6, a fire rate of 600+rpm and a damage of like, 80. That was my favorite weapon. The scrambler pistol we have now is completely different. The breach is better, because it has about the same damage per second, but more accurate hip fire as a result of slower shooting. It's much easier to get head shots. It's also plays more like the old scrambler pistol in that I can unload on someone, and then duck behind cover, and repeat. At this point I prefer the Breach pistol to the standard, assault, burst, and even Wolfman. The only people who use the regular scrambler pistol at this point do so only because they have blueprints for them. If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.

Skillful players used the head-shot bonus to their advantage, but others were potato. It was really only until some scrub made a post about the SP being OP, even though the vast majority disagreed, when it got nerfed. (GIF)

It's not hard to use, the rof is fine and I still get plenty of kills with it. This is just another qq thread calling for a buff because someone sucks at using it. Resident pasty smasher

Buff the damage or lower it in raise RoF, the main issue with the RoF nerf is that the gun itself feels hindered by it, it is difficult to maintain its true RoF with out using a modded controller. The DPS by the number may be 320-340, but due to the "heavy trigger" on the weapon it falls to the mid 200s ate best.

I would have liked the other SCP's to have there CPU/PG cost increased in order to justify there buff. Such as (for the assault variant) increasing the ROF a lot and increasing the damage slightly by roughly 1 point. For the regular variant I would have liked a big ROF increase and much less damage per bullet and many more bullets in the clip. I would have suggested the burst variant have less hipfire recoil and less Aim down sights recoil, while perhaps increasing the damage by roughly 0.5 points.

Maybe the answer to all of this is CCP to nerf the breach scrambler pistol to make it on pa with the rest of the scrambler pistols, resulting in a redundant weapon skill point sink. I personally feel that the clip size of all weapons should be reduced but I am crazy The breach right now is good for heavys due to being able to aim carefully (Dust has very clunky aim) and shoot at the head without falter, and it's really good for anti-scout. Try the rest of the pistols...they really suck. It has slow RoF and low damage. How is that balanced? Even the range is meh. (GIF)
