OMG fixed as of today with a global hotfix, where are my boosters I used during this curfuffull. And on another note why am I not answered on my tickets for support?

When I signed in today my points seem to be wrong. Passive skill points: +106,000 Daily Activity Bonus: +6.000 Unallocated skill points: 30,100 By the way this looks I seem to be missing 69,900 sp from my passive ability.

I believe this is proof that I should stop running triple boosters if any at all. I have not received my missing sp, My ticket written well after this one got a response seeming that like always fixing old problems is not as important as fixing new "spend some aur" problems. " hey vote on what we should release first" not liers " we are just gonna keep releasing stuff to get people to spend aur". I am getting sick of this action and going to place a proper complaint to SOE about this. 1 told us in the daily update page that the cap problem was fixed on the 6th of this month. 2nd seen the notes for the patches to fix vehicles falling through the map and guess what happens I fall through the map again, I don't even want my tank back as it should just be in the dust code to replace items that are outside the map structure or replace them on a working piece of map if they fall through. 3rd get some English speaking personel or so linguistic problems like how we got the 750 sp cap doesn't happen. 4th kind of along with 3rd up there we got visual customizations and its definitely NOT what any of us thought it would be. 5th have a lag-kick option for connection limitation, I hate lag switchers and those who are from a country too far away to not lag out our matches. "YOU HAVE BEEN KICKED FROM MATCH DUE TO LOW CONNECTIVITY, ADJUST YOUR REGION TO YOUR OWN REGION OR STOP USING A LAG SWITCH", lag switches are being used as I jump squads when matches seem too easy and hear people laughing about shooting people while they rubber band " look look, buddy can't see me yet and I am killing him faster than he can load, I love this ****". then I get booted out of their squad cuz someone died and seen me on the death screen, so I know people are doing it. Being mislead from a game I pay money into is not cool and is pretty much saying I should find another FPS to playas my money may be more benificialy used there. I am beginning to wonder if the new influx of cash is being spent on getting dust 514 is being used to get dust 514 to what we were told to expect by this time in the game. OR is our money spent being funneled into legion or new scheming ways to get cash out of people. Most of my corp mates have left corp or plain quit dust 514 to play battlefield 4 or destiny. The rest of the corp that's around is slowly trickling away, if this is happening to our corp its more than likely happening across the board. I am beginning to hate this long ticket filter you guys got going on.

This ticket is older than 24 hours and I have another problem, why am I paying into a game for boosters and items and now I feel SUPER betrayed that an option that says "CLAIM" not "PAY/BUY" is trying to get me to use war barge components to get out my weapons, what kind of deceptive trick is this bullshit.
I would like my boosters and sorry that your ccp global policy for hotfixes is not satisfactory enough but your going to HVAE to invest some money on GM's whom cam address INDIVIDUAL problems on a regular basis. You do realize that people do need individual assistance during the global SCREW UP that you install and want us to spend more aur on. I cannot understand why an option that says "CLAIM" is making me "PAY"? It hasn't asked me to pay to get my sp isk or warbarge components out of claim, again bringing up the NEED for PROPER ENGHISH SPEAKING PEOPEL TO BE ON YOUR TEAM TO PREVENT LINGUISTIC ROYAL MESSUPS AND YOUR GAMING FOLLOWERS FEEL DECIEVED AND TRICKED.
IF I WAOULD HAVE READ THAT IS COST MORE MONEY TO GET ITEMS I SPENT MONEY TO GET TO A LEVEL TO RECIEVE ITEMS I WOULD HAVE NOT SPENT EXTRA AUR TO LEVEL UP MY WARBARGE TO GET THESE ITEMS I FEEL SUPER BETRAYED AND AM ASKING FOR A REFUND BACK YO THER LEVEL MY WARBAGRE WAS AT BEFORE I BOUGHT INTO LEVEL 5, I don't want another we can't do that mail cuz you can't figure out what customer support is. get in there and fix it, I know the info for what has gone on my account is saved on your server and you can figure it out. A refund for being ripped off with linguictic problem would hold up in court and I would win that case as 3 examples of "CLAIM" on the warbarge don't do what the 4TH CLAIM option does, any elementary grade kid can see that this doesn't make sense, a judge would be in my favor.

No I didn't try using all caps yet I figured that small sections of caps might get through and understood. But not likely as the options in dust are all caps and ccp can't use the right words to explain/label options properly what was I thinking, lol.

I am sorry that your 500 tickets you replied to were ALL sent the same exact piece of mail, hmmm does copy pasting count as checking mail, I don't believe so. YOU answered me 2nd ticket before addressing my 1st ticket, sorry to call you out here and put you down in public but this is unsatisfactory. I feel bad that GM Archduke is thee only one it seems to be replying to people, or the only GM I see around here. Overloaded that he can't read the mail but copy paste me a unified excuse mail that didn't answer the main body of what I was asking in my ticket. Now I don't blame the GM's as it seems your overworked and under appreciated but I am blaming the dev's for shitting on us, It seems they are developing new ways to screw us out of cash without going back to repair or add in the things people have been asking for. BTW you may wanna read what my E-mail address is before you decide to lay another GENERAL copy paste excuse to me. what kind of compensation am I expecting here, a replacement of my 2 active omega boosters. you could replace the 48 hours of lost time gaining sp with a 1.5 mill sp payout, or even just 1 mill for the non vets. I am rocking a rail rifle with pro 3 and by this point in the week I should be well into eff 3 or 4. reseting the sp cap is useless as you are not also adding 2 more days to the week to achieve this cap (COP out deception). I can make well more than 500000 sp in a single day if not hit 1mill. Running R-Kelly style on 2 fatty ding dongs banks points up fast. Another thing I'd like to see is another GM answer some of these people and no more dev's in the forum posts for a good little while, I believe the dev's have a lot of work to do than waste their time here not doing the work they are supposed to. STOP reading all of the posts in the forums hire someone specificly to watch the forums with the GM's, now the DEV's should get their ass to work addressing/fixing/developing the game, dev's answering posts seems like a waste of time to me, as they read the complaint and instead of going to work on it they decide to delay their jobs and write a reply instead of getting things done. |

OK here we go SUNDAY IS DURING THE WEEKEND right????? Most people play games over the weekend right????????? SIMPLE deduction removes any praise for them fixing the game on S-U-N-D-A-Y as its when their users are on and are going to get the most complaints.
You'd be the STUPIDEST MMO on the planet to not have people on and working over the weekend. smarter to add the updates on Monday giving the mid part of the week to add patches to things BEFORE the weekend comes.

Sorry booby but your guess on my use of language may be wrong as whats up there is what I typed. No editing needed. I don't care about how many likes it gets, punctuation or spelling its that the forum gets read/replyed more often than support tickets do. this is the only place where the DEV's can come read my utter disappointment in the job they think they are doing. Now I went in and claimed my experimental guns and it asks me to buy warbarge components and then it doesn't cost anything to remove them, is the purchase of warbarge components just a trick to spend into the game or is this broken and in need of being fixed???

Yes I do agree that GM Archduke is keeping himself level headed when it comes to dealing with us. Then again it seems that he is the only one handling things atm. of all of my tickets/posts GM Archduke has replied more than 10 times and I have only gotten 1 response from any other GM, aside of DEV's. I am beginning to think GM Archduke is either a solo GM or they all use 1 account to answer us back? Most of my tickets get a response within the 48-72 hr here in dust 514, which seems satisfactory. In my only other pay to play game I use I get a response within 6-24 hours depending on the urgency, now if I call in my ticket (long distance) I can see a response from a GM in 30 min any time of day and in the middle of the night too! I pay $10 a month to that game, with the new additions to dust and buying into them, boosters and packs included I am well over the $10 a month budget for 1 game. Should I expect the same treatment here that I get there weighing the cost per month, although it is free to play and cost is up to the user. Its is the paying players that are supporting your paycheques, maybe making a monthly fee system would help profit projections to improve needed budgets in under staffed areas.
I hope that those of us who were running active boosters and active omega boosters see the proper compensation for what we have lost. |

OK devawjatever, I am guessing you don't mind that there is a vote system, with input by the players that's ignored? I don't think players asked for another aur sucking update when we have asked for so much more that would improve the game. I'd list the things I see as a high priority on the work sheet but its useless. I stopped looking at the work sheet after the door locks were installed and I feel are still a fail. I don't call tanks in FW anymore as there are idiots that are on your own team, kill you and steal your tank. we can lock squads so that blues need to suffer the 30 sec get in timer but yet I can't die and get back around the horn before the blue takes my tank. OMG SQUAD LOCK would have solved this but maybe next year when its not a priority anymore or when vehicles hit prices that are too cheap to matter. My blueprint car has 139000 worth of parts I put on it to make it a force to be reconed with, now a blueberry who's suit doesn't cost half of what my lav is worth steals it and wrecks it like it was a free one. Compensation from a vehicle thief after he/she has destroyed it would stop them from stealing your vehicles. Ending a match with a negative payout would end vehicle thieft. I snap out way more when someone steals my LAV than if they steal my tank. see just 1 example goes a long way and I see a whole list of stuff that's more than a year in the asking and nothing but talk.
I know GM said that it will be ok and this will not happen again, I know counting your chickens before the eggs hatch is not guaranteed. I little birdy said someone added that the cap problem was fixed as of the 6th (check your start up update patch notes)and yet it was still happening, I am pretty sure that person thought the problem was gone too. now the update page shows that we are going to be compensated, how I wonder. everyone get keys and boosters even the ones that didn't play? Or what about the people that asked me through our team speak channel "is dust working today?", "no the cap is still busted", "well whats the point of signing in for 6000 sp, see you when its fixed". How are you going to calculate that one, do I list up the people who decided to play a working game instead of feeling the disappointment of looking at 1000 sp (3000 for me) at the end of battle.
If we don't complain and state what we want we'll never get it, nor will they understand what we want. The submissive players that don't participate in the asking/bitching are just like the total free players that cry about aur usage, not supporting the game and riding on the efforts of others. Don't get me wrong here I like free players they make up a lot of population. When it comes to voting in any business the share holders plus customers make the major difference in change, not the ones taking free samples? The free samples are feelers for new customers not regime change.
