If your WB is that upgraded, then it generates enough WB components to deal with that, a level 4 Factory generates 500 a day, you should have a level 5 or 6 for that level which will generate enough components to get your weapons as well as having excess.
What you should be concerned about though is that base resale value is 15% for components, and that means doing the math WB Components are worth 6,000 ISK each, so your weapons cost you effectively 3,012,000 isk
More importantly the WB doesn't tell you what the hell it gave you, and you have to figure it out yourself by looking at assets.

No, but on the other hand after I spent money on a factory I usually still have to buy the raw components for the product.
Actually, yes you actually have to do what you just said, the cost for the food is only a fraction of your crapyMccrapburger, you are actually having to pay the person behind the counter too, bad analogy.
You basically bought the McDonalds' restaurant burger cooker and are mad you have to buy the burger patties. What's even more rediculous is that your McDonald's Resturant SHOULD be generating enough revenue (In this case, your Factory generating enough components) to pay for the burgers AND make a small profit.

No, you pay the cashier 6.50; 2 for the burger, 2 for the cost of the electricity, 1 for the idiot manning the counter and the idiots in the back, and 1.5 for the idiots at HQ wanting profit.
The rest of my post still stands. You footed the cost of the resturant, it now needs you to pay for the burgers, but if you properly invested in the restaurant then it should be generating enough revenue to foot the cost of your burgers and have excess.
What level is your factory?

Why did you not upgrade the factory, so your 2 OFFICER weapons a day are essentially free?

iirc that is Factory/Isk/Damag/SP/Lab
After looking at how the system works I came to the conclusion that I would be royally shafted if I don't get Factory to 5 or 6 as fast as I can, though given the insane cost I think my goal will end up looking like 5,3,4,3,4 and I doubt I'll ever reach any higher then that.
The ISK and SP modules are not terribly worthwhile if the player is not a newbie.
The Lab is notable, but mainly the Weapon Damage Module (Armory, is it?) is what I have issue with in that it is so ridiculously important to have to be competitive, that is where the PW2 comes in imo.
