I will be honest, there is nothing in the OP we have not said we wanted to do. This was always the needed foundation and first step. So good that you agree...
The players, true reaction, ie warbarge upgrading behaviour, does not seem to be that hostile, so I recommend you tone down the OP title or take the risk of a forum vacation.

Before anyone feints, I said "the title", players as a whole are actually upgrading and using the warbarge. His hostility in the title is unnecessary.
On the OP, nothing Cat Merc said, that I didn't say before, so I am glad you all agreed with us.
