To unlock minmando, you have to unlock min heavy.
You'll be able to unlock min sent that much easier and min sent is a great heavy for flankin and gankin

If you feel like some laughs, militia min heavy and militia HMG
shield recharger and armor rep/drugs
dirt cheap. completely broken. Makes me regret skilling into amarr sentinel.
EDIT: Also, if youre into the usual minmatar speed and shields, consider the basic min heavy frame. Same shield as sent but less armor. Also faster. Forget what the differences in slot layout are. Obviously no resists unfortunately. |

Min heavy is better than Sentiel because it's fastest, look at stats of base speed.
QRT30 - all Caldari/Minimatar lvl 5, Gal all lvl.3 - core maxed
QRT300 - Amarr heavy/commando
