Nope apparently they are strong box only. The first lore worthy suits are with held by a paywall AND random chance.
Paywall I can stomach. RNG I cannot.

I get that.....but honestly don't have the time or drive to try to amass enough of these suits to use in regular rotation....... visual customisation is great but I'm not likely to get any soon or be able to use them in a meaningful way.
It's nice to look cool in the warbarge but again I've done the RNG thing before in Destiny and Dragon Age it's trying..... to say the least.
I get the fun's the goal..... but I have no definite means to work towards securing them.

Sorry.... I don't like having pushed something in this manner.
It's perhaps just simple frustration that some of the coolest new content from a thematic sense that I am sure a hell of a lot of people are just dying to get a piece of is hidden in the chaos of RNG.

They are......but in saying that I can see why you would keep them in strong boxes. If player trading ever hits you could make a really good economy for player exchange off of strong boxes especially if they contained ultra rare stuff that richer players and collectors would desire.......

And now I agree, so let's see what we can do about it.  Put them in the LP store. 
The Tash Murkon aren't directly involved with the 24th Crusade and Imperial Guard..... not sure why they'd offer their stuff for LP.
