Now, maybe, this is a bit far fetched, but just maybe somebody out there has had their trigger finger surgically altered by infusing a humming bird wing muscle into their flexor granting them super human trigger pulling capabilities.
I often encounter scrambler rifle users who bombard me with about 20 shots in a split second. Huming bird hybrids aside, they are obviously using turbo controllers to achieve such high rates of fire with a semi auto weapon. Why hasn't this been curbed?
Why is the rate of fire set much higher than humanly possible? Isn't that just begging for people to use modded controllers? Unless this weapon was intended to be used with modded controllers, why isn't the rate of fire set to a reasonable amount? This quandary can be extended to all semi auto weapons.
This is not SCR QQ. Kill me with all of the modded sh!t that you want to. Just wondering if SCR is abused or working as intended in combination with turbo buttons.
Well, I can fire faster than the SCR/TacAR rate of fire, for example. The "problem" is that in close quarter you hip fire shoot someone as fast as you can "sacrificing" a bit of accuracy.
Edit:
Still I understand it may be a bit over performing in cqc, but it doesn't need a nerf. It, instead, need a buff in range (and possibly damage), but a huge increase in heat build-up.

1. Change heat build-up to per shoot not per second. 2. Decrease ScR kick, add better scope and add high dispersion if fired without aiming. This will make ScR mid-long rifle with bad cqc.
Option nr. 1 would be better cuz it would make turbo pads almost useless. 1) NO. 2) NO.
1) Why not? 2) Not sure
