Shield tanking, like armor tanking, means you shouldn't allow your main tank level to reach 0. It's also a silly argument when shield tankers say "people only need to spit on you to prevent shield regen, it's unfair" mercs don't spit and no weapon is designed to specifically prevent shield regen. 4 seconds? That's 1 less second than it takes for me to drop a remote...
The Caldari sentinel is the best solo heavy out there, it doesn't even need logi support. If the min had a little better regen delays it would be soooo good.
