That comes from their rich cultural heritage. No need to report them,,nothing will happen. No body cares.
The best thing to do is keep messing with them during match. Find them, run them over, kill their links, HMG, RE's.

Dont blame the boosters, blame CCP for not adressing the SP gain rate. It seriously takes forever to cap out and those guys just dont want to play dust 24/7. That or they take full advantage of tripple stacking boosters and then using tripple instant boosters at the end of the match to gain tons of SP. And with tons i mean like 200k SP+ per match. CCP should be happy cause those guys actually give them money.

I have tons of pictures of alts boosting in pubs on different servers with luckily the same psn ID's as their mains. It's not always the best time to drop this knowledge when it doesn't matter. BUT if they ever become a legit endangerment to your conquest of the future then yes burn down the house.

I just said by what was said in the return email to me that in my opinion they DO take it seriously. Idiot,,,alts are used for boosting so the main doesn't get banned. It is usually a couple of players switching so is the booster and who is boosting.

No it's not , if you send in a ticket with the time of the match, and the game mode, then the GMs can look at the game data and figure for themselves if a group of people were boosting. You don't even need pictures.
DON'T EVER TRY TO DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM REPORTING THIS BEHAVIOR, IT RUINS THE GAME YOU (insert vulgar insult here in caps)

You will see the normal players from 0-2000 WP, and then there are two guys, each with 9000 WP.
Then we just look at their actions server side, if they are repetitive in nature, killing each other etc, they get banned.

BUT something does happen. It's a video game, it's not murder, if someone breaks the rules of the game it would be ridiculous to just drop them from the system. Maybe they don't know it's wrong, maybe this, maybe that. The point is if they continue to break the rules after the warning, and they don't learn after the first couple bans, then they're obviously done with the game, and if they're not done with boosting after the bans it doesn't matter because they're kaput. Seriously, who would play a game where they know they're gonna get perma-banned because they like to not play the game.
Besides, I'm pretty sure CCP messes with assets too

Again it's a video game, we don't have to focus on what you shouldn't do. If someone breaks the rules they will be punished, it doesn't matter to what extent, because it's a video game. A warning is still punishment, a warning means they know that said account has been cheating. We don't have to be strict against boosters because they don't really gain many advantages, there is no fun in boosting, there is no irremovable assets gained from boosting, 1-4 people boosting in a match don't gain anything, except a stronger chance of being banned.
There is no precedent that says anyone has to be tough on people who cheat, so there is not a strong hand against cheaters. If there were people that abused every glitch that the game reared onto the community would be gone, and there are countless people who have done so.
Even if there were a strong hand against cheaters they would just find a way around it, and do a better job of not getting caught.

Disrupting the new form of boosting can be difficult. I caught a few boosters (submitted a help ticked) and even disrupted them enough by killing one twice with head shots from my Thale. BTW they weren't heavy suit boosting as the norm, but I won't go into details about it because others could use this new technique and improve on it easily.
When I look down my scope, all I see are dead people.

Better idea. Next time they log in they are greeted with the boosted clone ready for termination. They can only select Complete Termination as Abort Termination is no longer selectable. They dug their grave. Make them lie in it.
