But if you dont have footage of them actually in the act then this post is worthless
No it's not , if you send in a ticket with the time of the match, and the game mode, then the GMs can look at the game data and figure for themselves if a group of people were boosting. You don't even need pictures.
DON'T EVER TRY TO DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM REPORTING THIS BEHAVIOR, IT RUINS THE GAME YOU (insert vulgar insult here in caps)

I would give no warning and have it displayed at every login that cheating is insta ban period.
That is one of the things wrong with the system is you are allowed to break the rules a few times before anything really happens.
BUT something does happen. It's a video game, it's not murder, if someone breaks the rules of the game it would be ridiculous to just drop them from the system. Maybe they don't know it's wrong, maybe this, maybe that. The point is if they continue to break the rules after the warning, and they don't learn after the first couple bans, then they're obviously done with the game, and if they're not done with boosting after the bans it doesn't matter because they're kaput. Seriously, who would play a game where they know they're gonna get perma-banned because they like to not play the game.
Besides, I'm pretty sure CCP messes with assets too

warning is also the TOS that comes with the game that nobody reads.
Same on forums. If I say something raciest, sexist, etc on forums I should be insta banned. Punishment is the best teacher of common sense. They get banned they learn real fast DO NOT DO IT AGAIN. You give them a warning and they learn hey I can still cheat on my other accounts that have not got warning yet.

Again it's a video game, we don't have to focus on what you shouldn't do. If someone breaks the rules they will be punished, it doesn't matter to what extent, because it's a video game. A warning is still punishment, a warning means they know that said account has been cheating. We don't have to be strict against boosters because they don't really gain many advantages, there is no fun in boosting, there is no irremovable assets gained from boosting, 1-4 people boosting in a match don't gain anything, except a stronger chance of being banned.
There is no precedent that says anyone has to be tough on people who cheat, so there is not a strong hand against cheaters. If there were people that abused every glitch that the game reared onto the community would be gone, and there are countless people who have done so.
Even if there were a strong hand against cheaters they would just find a way around it, and do a better job of not getting caught.
(nobody cares about your boring kids tbh)

Again it's a video game it doesn't have to teach anything, in fact this game "encourages" various behaviors that shouldn't be emulated. (scamming, laundering, spying, stabbing people in the back etc.)
(Cheating has always been fine, never getting caught has been what's always been important, really.)

lol your fault for having a low SP gain rate. The cap itself is nice but i dont want to play literally 24/7 to cap out. If you allready quadruple the SP cap then aswell increase the SP gain rate by 4X. And yes im antigonastic cause nobody else does that job. You and the crowds of "yes sayers". And no im neither boosting nor do i give you guys my money. Period.
