I was counter sniping this thales guy and I have my chrage sniper ready to one hit head shot him in his 900 ehp Caldari Commando when his suit flares...
Le me sees scrubby dubby derp sitting in hills
Le me aims at head (350% damage bonus)
Le me fires
Le me sad because It did normal damage instead of 1000+

Le me sad because his suit shoots flares and then he runs away unharmed and unscaved.
Le me comes to forums and whines.
This is unfair. His head should be exploded rt now.

The charge is no where near OHK weapon. The only thing the charge can one shot are militia suits because everything else (even scouts) can survive a shot from my tripple damage modded level 5 Cal commando, level 5 proficiency, Charge sniper. Not to mention it only has 3 shots in a clip which is stupidly low and a stupidly low ammo count of 18 total.

I have proficiency 5, commando 5, and 3 complex damage mods and my sniper does 470-80
