Hello guys!
Today we are ready to reveal the brand new officer sidearms and dropsuits that will be coming in February together with our major content patch. These will be obtainable via End of Match Salvage and also Strongboxes.
Sidearms are the result of our Sidearm Expert Challenge event, and carry names of the winners of this event.
So here they are, stats (that are different from prototype variant) and all! Please note, that these, just like any other Officer items, will require Proficiency lvl 3 as well in order to use them.

Only a couple of those sidearms have damage increases listed. Does this mean that the sidearms that don't list damage have not received a damage boost?
most of them massively increase dps, we didn't feel that every single one needed to be +x damage, looking for some flavor.

I'm no ion pistol user, but compared to the rest of the pistols it seems pointless to NOT also increase the clip size on this thing. Also, being able to spam rounds into people's faces is what the ion pistol excels at...so it would seem obvious that you would want to have an even larger clip size for an officer one.
Thing is that it always overheats, by halving the overheat duration, the damage application goes way up. Let's hear more opinions.
