Can anyone point me in the direction as to which items in the LP store are worth buy?
Also can anyone let me know which items offer an advantage over their prototype counter parts? |

Min: boundless repair tool, best in the game
Amarr: uplinks
Caldari, nanohives, 100 percent needle and swarm launcher
Gal: not sure to be honest
The best way to tell which is better is the one that costs more lp, like with the amarr, there's 2 different proto viziam uplinks, however the one that's more expensive is way faster

'Specialist' weapons cost less to fit. The LP proto suits also have a different paint job.

I see that specialist weapons due have the decreased fitting requirements , but at level 5 CPU management and 5 PG skills, on a proto suit there is not much problem fitting things. Thanks for all the post guys.
I guess the only reason to enter FW is
1.) long waits
2.) Apex suits
3.) better logi gear |

Sort of? Variant scanners are better, but that's true of a lot of LP store items. Minmatar LP rep tools aren't really very superior, and Amarr links are either. The 100% injector is the only item that offers a genuine advantage.

the swarms are the same stats as the isk counters

For weapons, the specialist variants all have the same state as Proto but fit like ADV weapons (more or less).
For equipment, check the stats and pre-requisites, they should require lvl5 in the equipment skill and cost more but have much better stats. The only one I don't recommend is the Gal scanner because, iirc, its stats are pretty lackluster and proto fluxes are better anyway.
